When the user clicks on the Virtual Accounts tab for the first time and navigates to the Create Virtual Address screen, the Create button text refreshes/flickers, indicating an unnecessary UI reload.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open the app
• Go to finance tab click on virtual accounts tab
• Tap on Virtual Accounts tab (first time)
• Navigate to Create Virtual Address screen
• Observe the Create button text

Actual Result

• Create button text refreshes/flickers briefly

Expected Result

• Create button text should be stable without any refresh or flicker
