Prism Release 2

On the Visualization screen:
The bar shadow extends beyond the actual bar length, making the UI look incorrect
The hover/tooltip is triggered even outside the actual bar area
Tooltip should only appear when hovering on the actual bar (data area)

Steps to Reproduce

• Open Visualization screen
• Create a Stacker bar
• Hover near the end of any bar (including shadow area)
• Observe tooltip behavior

Actual Result

• Shadow appears larger than the bar
• Tooltip shows even when hovering outside actual bar

Expected Result
Shadow should be limited within bar boundaries
Tooltip should appear only when hovering on actual bar area
No tooltip should be shown on empty or shadow area
