Improve Legend Pagination and Label Visibility
Description
This update improves legend usability by preventing default label truncation and making legend pagination controls clearly visible and functional.
What was changed:
Updated getLegendConfig() to stop forcing label truncation by default. Labels are now shown in full unless legend.maxLabelLength is explicitly provided.
Enabled and styled legend pagination controls (pageTextStyle, pageIconSize) so users can clearly see and navigate through multiple legend pages.
Retained type: 'scroll' to ensure pagination is used instead of hiding legend items.

its fixed, but the arrow is not working if there are alot of legends.
