Prism Release 2

When using the Fuzzy Match Tool under the Analytical Canvas → Join section in Prism with a Match Threshold of 50%, the output results do not match the results generated by Alteryx using the same dataset, configuration, and threshold value (50%).

Despite applying identical settings and input data in both platforms, discrepancies are observed in the matched records and similarity scoring. This creates inconsistency between Prism and Alteryx outputs and affects validation and data comparison.

Actual Result

Prism Fuzzy Match Tool output at 50% Match Threshold differs from Alteryx output.

Some records matched in Alteryx are not matched in Prism (or vice versa).

Matching scores and matched pair results are inconsistent between both platforms.

Expected Result

Prism Fuzzy Match Tool should produce the same matching results as Alteryx when using:

The same input dataset

The same matching fields

The same configuration

Match Threshold set to 50%

Matched records and similarity scores should align with Alteryx output.
